Shipping/delivery fees are not included in the cookie price.
Prepayment
Prepayment is required in full one week prior to your pick-up or ship date to
secure your order.
For large orders, more than 6 dozen, (like a wedding and large events), a deposit of half of the total amount to secure your place on the calendar. That means I will not take other orders at the same time so I can focus on your large order. The remaining balance will be due in full one week prior to your pick up or ship date.

Cancellations
Things come up, we sure understand that. We will do everything we can to address your need to cancel.
If you need to cancel your order before the cookies are baked, we will return your
payment. If the order was a large order, more than 6 dozen, and we blocked our
calendar for you, a $20 fee will be deducted from your payment. We hope you
understand, but we may have turned down other orders to accommodate
your order.
If you need to cancel your order and the cookies have already been baked and/or
decorated, we will return half of your payment. We hope you understand, but it costs money and time to create theses goodies, and for a small business, that means a lot.
In any case, we are sorry you had to cancel your order and hope you will order again in the future.
Returns
We hope there is never a problem big enough to cause someone to return our creations.
